Construct a written explanation for your observations, provide evidence (from the diagnostic tests that you conduct with the Lugol's sln and glucose test strips.) and your reasoning that links your data to your claim.

Watch the TED talk below on quorum sensing in bacteria, titled How bacteria "talk" to each other and take Cornell/structured notes for the presentation, include questions you would ask the presenter on this topic. This assignment is posted in Schoology. Share out your questions at the end with their table group. Turn in notes at the end of the period.

- Go over the bulleted items for all procedures of Lab #3 and discuss questions you have with your table group. Post any unanswered questions here and I will try to get back to you tomorrow.
- Go to AP Classroom where there is a diagnostic assessment waiting on this recent chapter/topic. Review any questions you missed to see annotated answers to missed questions/prompts.
- Watch the Bozeman science tutorials on cell signalling and on the transduction pathway (Weebly site)- take Cornell/focused notes
- Answer FRQ prompt in posted on Schoology site for cell signalling. (3 pointer) review rubric (posted on FRQ prompt) for FRQ and score your FRQ- include a reflection on how you did and what you should have included in your response to get 3/3. If you got a 3/3: Smashing job!. Please complete this assignment by Friday. (10 pt. assignment).
